How to Access Multiple Steps in the Process

This guide clarifies how to access different steps in the review process, helping you avoid confusion when multiple tasks are required.

I need to write an employee's review, but all I see is the list of employees I need to meet with to deliver their reviews.

Sometimes you will need to complete a different step in the Annual Review process for different employees. In this example, Cornerstone took you directly to the "Supervisor Meets with Employee and Signs" step, but you still need to write an employee's review.

On the left-hand side of the screen, click anywhere on the vertical grey toolbar.

The toolbar will expand and now you can see all of the steps available to you.

Click "Supervisor Writes Review" (or whichever step you need)

A new list of employees now appears, and in this example, I still need to write both James' and Jay's reviews. Click on the employee's name (or down arrow) and you can start writing.

To return to a different step, click again anywhere in the vertical grey toolbar on the left-hand side of the screen, and then click on the step you want.
