How to Access and Modify a Staff Schedule Setup

Powerschool

Log into PowerSchool and select "People".

Click "Staff"

Click "Search for Staff"

Click this text field to search for individual staff members by name.

Search for a staff member you either need to make sure they are set up in powerscheduler or you don't need to see in powerscheduler

Click the staff member.

Click "Schedule"

Click "Schedule Setup"

Make sure the schedule this teacher checkbox is selected if you want to see them in powerscheduler. (If you don't want to have this teacher in powerscheduler make sure the check box is unchecked.) You may also set preferences for the department, room number, and other options as shown.

Click "Submit"

Keep repeating if you need to add a teacher or take them out of PowerScheduler.
