How to Access the KHSAA Online Safety Course and Eligibility Dashboard as a High School Coach

This guide provides a walkthrough for KHSAA Member High School coaches to securely log in to the KHSAA360 (Arbitersports) portal. Follow these steps to verify your account and navigate directly to your eligibility dashboard.

Navigate to [https://khsaa.org/](https://khsaa.org/)

Click "Take or Resume KRS 160.445 Safety Course"

Select the option for KHSAA Member High School Coaches

Account Authentication

Alert! If you are a newly added coach, you would have received an email invitation to your school which walked you through the steps of completing the set up of your account.

Alert! Be certain to sign in using the email address/username that your Athletic Director used to add you to your school's account.

Tip! If you are a returning coach and can't remember your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link and follow the instructions to set a new password.

Click "Sign in"

Alert! If it has been more than 14 days since you last signed in, you will have to verify your account via text / email.

Select 'Send a Text Message' to verify your identity

Enter the verification code received via text

Click "Verify Code"

Click "Remember This Device" to not have to repeat verification for two weeks.

Role Selection and Dashboard

Click your profile name in the top right corner

Under "My Account" click on your name.

Alert! If you do not see "My Account" or your name listed, it is because one of two reasons: Your Athletic Director hasn't placed you on your sport(s)' roster(s) yet, or you are using a different email address than the one your Athletic Director has entered for you in your school account.

Click 'View Details' for the relevant sport or activity. Note that the only two different items of the required 12 that are different between your sports is EAP rehearsal (which is sport specific and seasonal), and your Sport Online Rules Clinic. The rest will apply to all of your sports. Note that when you have completed all 12 Tasks, you will receive your sport "badge" (in this case, a golf icon) to show that you have completed everything.

Click "Take Online Clinic" and watch each of the 8 sport safety modules (and your rules clinic when it becomes available).

Course Registration

Fill out the Guestbook form with your personal and school information (all fieldss are required. Your first/last name and email should populate automatically)

Check 'Remember my responses' to save your details

Click "Submit"

Click the play button to start the course module

Refer to the instrucations on this opening slide to help you determine when you have completed the course.

Alert! It may take up to an hour for the completion of a course to appear back on your KHSAA360 dashboard. As long as you received your certificate you are certified. Please do not re-take a course. If you have any questions, please contact your athletic director so they can reach out to the KHSAA Offices.
