How to Activate RaccoonPay - Phase 2

Verification of the validation status and correction (if necessary) of invalid information. You can move on to this phase within 2 to 4 hours after you have concluded Phase 1.

Go back to the *Onboarding* page in the *Payments* module.

It is expected to see some red errors on this page until the process is concluded. Depending on the type of errors, you will see different messages. These errors indicate what is incomplete and/or invalid.

To see the errors clearly and explained, scroll down and click on ***UPDATE***. \ You will be redirected to the hosted onboarding page, where you can see the errors and correct any necessary information.

Each section will show its current status. In this example, the *Decision-makers* section is *unsuccessful*. Click on this section to open it again.

Click on the *Decision-maker* with the status *Unsuccessful*.

The reason/error for the validation to be unsuccessful will be displayed at the top. Read it through to know what must be corrected and provided in the sub-sections. Complete the required fields and move on to the next page by clicking ***Next***.

You will be required to provide the document of the decision-maker. Click on the option ***Manual upload*** and click ***Next***.

Select the type of document you wish to upload from the drop-down menu.

Upload the document as per the mandatory requirements and click ***Next***.

Check the Summary and click ***Submit*** to to submit the updated information to review.

The decision-maker status will be in review again. You can check the result within 2 to 4 hours.

Click ***Save and go to overview***

Click ***Back to app.roomraccoon.com*** to go back to the *Onboarding* page in RoomRaccoon.

As the information is still being validated, you can still see the red error messages in the *Onboarding* page.

All completed sections have now been submitted for review once again. Within **2h to 4h** you can check the result by clicking on the **green UPDATE button** on the *Onboarding* page in the *Payments* module.
