How to Activate a Tenant?

Access the **Admin Portal** by logging in.

There are **two ways** in our portal that you can use to activate a tenant. One is to click on the "**Tenant Management" dropdown** under "Administration" on the left navigation

Click on the "**Tenant Lease**" option under "Tenant Management" dropdown

Once in the **"Tenant Lease**" section , you will see the tenants whose **lease are ready**

Once the lease is ready,it means that everybody has signed the agreement and you just need to **activate it and create the Tenant's profile**. Click on "**Lease Ready**" the way you can see in the picture

Click on **"Create Tenant"**

Verify all the information that is already provided. Remember that this **email contains the information on joining the portal**

Click on "**Submit**" to finish up & the other way is to follow the **lease process & do these same things by repeating the similar steps**
