You will receive a copy of the email from jotform with the agents request. Check to see if the agent requested a buyer commission amount be displayed on the Windermere website.

Make sure to check the spreadsheet "WRE Skyslope Daily Listings Log" to ensure the seller form has been added to the file. *\*\*The box will be checked if the form has been added.* \*\* If the box is not checked then double check skyslope for the form. If the form is still not there, reach out to the agent. We can not display the commission amount being offered if the seller has not signed the form. From the WORC site, Click on the dropdown arrow option by your profile photo

Select "Manage Office"

Select "Management Tools"

Click "Manage Office"

Navigate to the agent and click on the menu option

Click "View Listings"

Find the right listing and Click the pencil icon to edit

Select "Percentage" or "Flat Rate"

enter the amount in

Click "Save"

Check the box on the spreadsheet indicating the commission amount has been displayed.

The commission amount will now be displayed on the selected property listing page on the windermere website. Great job!
