How to Add, Edit and Delete Registration Codes

Click the Company dropdown menu.

Click "Registration Settings"

Use the search bar to look up the Registration Setting by name. You can enter the full name or a partial keyword to quickly narrow down the results. You can also apply a Location filter to help find the correct one faster. You’ll see the list automatically update to show only the Registration Settings tied to the selected location.

Select the Registration Setting to open its configuration page. This will bring you into the full settings view where you can manage rules, codes, pricing, and other configuration details.

Once the Registration Setting page opens, click the Codes tab. This tab is where you can view, add, or update the codes associated with this Registration Setting.

To bulk-add registration codes, click Upload in the Codes tab. This will open the upload window where you can import a spreadsheet of codes. Click the “Upload file…” field and select your spreadsheet. Each code should be added in its own row under Code (Column A). You can also add additional columns if you need to include reference details like contact name, unit number, department name, etc. Once your file is selected, proceed with the upload to add all codes at once.

To manually create a new registration code, click the "Add Code" button.

Type the code you want to add into the Code field. This will be the value the parker must enter when registering.

(Optional) If you’d like to store extra details with this code, such as the guest’s name, department, unit number, or any other relevant data: - Click the + button - Enter a label (e.g., First Name, Department) - Enter the value (e.g., John Doe, Athletics) You can add as many fields as needed, or leave this section blank if not required.

Click "Save" to add the code to the Registration Setting. Once saved, the code becomes immediately active and available for use during registration.

To edit a code, click the green Edit icon beside the code you want to update. Make any necessary changes to the code or its additional information and click "Save." Your changes will update instantly.

To delete a single code, click the red Trash icon beside the code. When prompted, click Delete to confirm. The code will be removed immediately.

To delete all codes, click "Clear All Codes" at the top of the Registration Code List and confirm by clicking "Delete" This will permanently remove all registration codes for this Registration Setting. Other Options: - **Download** your full list of codes using the Download button. - **Upload** additional codes using the Upload button (spreadsheet upload). - **Add Code** to create new codes individually as needed.
