How to Add PS Panel or Query to "Favorites".

Click "Main Menu" and navigate to page of interest.

For THIS example: Click "Order Management"

Click "Quotes and Orders"

Click "Create/Update Order "

Click "Find an Existing Value"

Enter Order Reference number. Click Search or hit Enter.

Once the panel loads, Click "Favorites".

Click "Add to Favorites"

Click Description field and modify as needed. Ensure the naming convention of the panel makes sense to you.

Click "OK"

Navigate to Queries: Click "Main Menu"

Click "Reporting Tools"

Click "Query"

Click "Query Viewer" (Query Manager only appears to those with edit permissions).

Click in field to search for query.

Enter Key words. Use % as wild card. Click Search.

Click "drop down" under Action

Click "-- Choose --" "Add to Favorites"

Click "Check box of appropriate query"

Click "GO"

Tip! When accessing Queries in the future, your favorite queries will appear first.
