Accessing a subject's question bank

Log into your school portal as admin or teacher

Click the "e-Class" menu-group

Click the "CBT" menu

Click the "Question Bank" sub-menu

Select a Class (e.g JSS 1)

Click to Select Subject

Click "Go to Question Bank"
How to Add Questions individually (Single Question)

Click the "Add New Question" button at the top-right of the question bank page

Click "Single Question"

Add your question in the question box

Select Question Type (e.g Multiple Choice Question)

Add the mark for the question

Select Number of options, then input the options and select the **Right** answer

Click "Add Question" to add to question bank.

You may continue adding more questions following the same steps.

Click "Done" when you are done.
How to Add Question Group

Click the "Add New Question" button at the top-right of the question bank page

Click "Question Group"

Add the Content \ (which could be a reading passage or instructions for the question group)

Click "Next" to move to the next page

Click "Add Question" to proceed to a add question to this question group (or reading passage)

Start adding your questions and the mark for each question

Click "Add Question" to save the question.

You can keep adding more questions (if you have more to add). \ Repeat until you are done adding all the questions you want to add to this question group.

Click "Done" when your are done.
How to Create Questions using AI

Click "Add New Question" and select "Create with AI"

Enter the topic you want to create questions on.

Select the type of questions you want to generate: - Multiple Choice Questions - MCQ - Subjective/Fill-in-the-blank - Theory/Open-ended questions)

Input the number of questions you would like it to generate for the each question type selected.

Select the preferred "Difficulty Level" of questions to create (e.g "Hard")

Click "Generate Now" and wait for the AI Assistant to complete the questions generation.

Review the questions generated. \ You can also make changes to the generated questions and their marks. \ \ Click "Save To Question Bank" to Save

Click "OK"

Click "Close" when you are done.
How to Extract questions from files

Click on Add "New Question" and select "Extract from file"

Click "Select File" and select the question file from your device.

Click Extract Now to extract the file.

Review the questions extracted

Click "Save To Question Bank" to save.

How to Bulk Import Questions

Click "Add New Question"

Select "Bulk Import Questions"

Click to Download Excel Template. \ \ Once downloaded, proceed to open and populate the downloaded template with questions and make sure to fill out all the required field.

To upload, click "Select file" and select the already populated file from your device.

Click "Import Questions" to import questions into your question bank.

You can view (all) the added questions on the question bank by increasing the record per page.
