How to Add and Archive a Classroom

This guide provides a straightforward process for adding a classroom to your school, ensuring you can efficiently manage class organisation. It outlines essential steps, including naming conventions, selecting appropriate year levels, teachers and learning areas.

Navigate to "**Classrooms**"

Select "**Add Classroom**"

Input the "**Class Name**" and Select "**Teachers**"

Select the appropriate "**Year Levels**" and "**Learning Areas**" and click "**Save**"

The class has been created after clicking "**Save**"

Classrooms can also be archived by selecting them and clicking "**Archive**"

Please note classes cannot have the same name, and multiple "**Year Levels**" can be selected for classes that have multiple year levels such as **1&2**, **3&4** and **5&6**.
