How to Add a Game Day to CHJRL

Learn how to add a game day to CHJRL with this step-by-step guide. This guide covers all the necessary steps from logging in to submitting your game day information.

Navigate to [https://chjrl.com.au/](https://chjrl.com.au/)

Click "Club Login"

Click "Manage Game Days".

Click "Add Game Day"

Click "Select" & choose your club from the dropdown list.

Select the current season.

Select the date of the game day from the date selector.

Click the "Search for address..." field & type the address for the game day. Select from the suggestions dropdown.

Choose the game day "Gates Open" time from the time picker.

Type the entry fee for the game day.

Choose whether eftpos is available or not.

Choose whether the canteen is operating or not.

Upload a main featured image (to be featured at the top of the public game day page).

Upload an advertising poster (if applicable).

Upload a club map (if applicable).

Add any additional notes or direction in this box.

Add your first playing field by clicking "Add Row".

Give the playing field a name (eg. "Top Field")

Select the first match time for this field using the time picker.

Select the age group from the dropdown.

Select the home team for this match using the dropdown list.

Select the away team for this match using the dropdown list.

Give the match a label (if applicable). For example "Semi-Final", "Grand-Final" or "Trial Match" etc.

To add more matches to this playing field click "add row" and add as many matches as needed.

To add additional playing fields click the bottom-most "Add Row" and follow the steps as per above.

Once all playing fields and matches have been added, click "Add Game Day" to submit the game day for review.

You should now see this game day under the "Game Days" tab.

To edit a game day, click on the relevant tile to expand it & edit the fields as per previous steps.
