How to Add a NEW Season, Divisions, and Teams

Navigate to your Club SE HQ

Click "Competition"

Click "Season Management"

Click "Add Season"

Click the "Season Name" field.

Type "2025-26 Volleyball Season"

Select the "Volleyball" option under SPORT

Click Start Date as September 1st of current year

Click End Date: August 31st of following year

Select the "(UTC-07:00) America/Los_Angeles (PDT)" option.

Click "Add Season"

Click "Connect to a season"

The Organization/League should be USA Volleyball.\ \ Select the "*SEASON YEAR* Volleyball Season" option.

Click "Connect Season"

Click "Divisions"

Click "Add Divisions"

Click the "Division Name" field.\ \ Type in Age Divisions "U12, U13, U14 etc."

Click the next field to add multiple divisions at one time.

Click "Create"

Click "Teams"

Click "Add Teams to Manually Add Teams"

Click the "Team Name" field.\ \ **This Team Name MUST MATCH your Team Name in AES.**

Select Division from the drop down options.

Repeat steps above in next field if you want to add multiple teams at one time.
