How to Add a New Author Page

Author Pages give you a dedicated space to highlight your professional background, industry experience, awards, certifications, and all your published posts in one place. They provide readers—and search engines—a clear picture of who you are and why your insights matter to the Microsoft Dynamics community.

Navigate to [erpsoftwareblog.com](https://erpsoftwareblog.com) [crmsoftwareblog.com](https://crmsoftwareblog.com) or [erpcloudblog.com](https://erpcloudblog.com) and click **Dashboard**.

Click **Add New Author Page**.

Add your name in the **Author Name** field.

Add your title within your company in the **Author Title** field.

Add an image of yourself in **Add Image** (Square, 500x500 preferably).

Add your details in the **Author Bio** section. This is your chance to tell readers about yourself—your role, experience, and what you’re passionate about. You can write as much as you like; everything you include here will appear on your **FULL Author Bio Page**, which *links from your short bio* at the end of your blog posts.

Summarize your bio in the **Short Author Bio** field (500 characters or less). This will appear in the author bio section *at the bottom of your article*.

Add your profile in the **LinkedIn URL** field.

Make your way to the optional **Add Row** sections, starting with **Academic Credentials**.

Click **Add Row**.

Add all of your academic credentials.

Add as many rows as you like by clicking **Add Row** again. (Available in each of the following sections!)

Click **Add Row** for **Professional Certifications**.

Add all of your Professional Certifications.

Click **Add Row** for **Award & Recognitions**.

Add any awards or recognitions you'd like to share.

Click **Add Row** in **Case Studies or Projects**.

Add any case studies or projects you have published.

Click **Add Row** on **Notable Clients or Employers**.

Add any notable clients or employers (Consulting, employers, etc.).

Click **Add Row** on **Media Mentions**.

Let readers know about any notable mentions you've received from the media.

Click **Add Row** on **Other Articles**.

Add articles you may want to reference on this page.

Decide if you want to include other articles from this blog. (**Yes/No**)

Click **Publish** when it is ready.

Here is an example of how your Short Bio Block would appear at the bottom of your articles. Your full **Author Bio Page** is linked to your name. Click on your name.

This is your **FULL** **Author Bio Page**. Steps 6–25 will show up on this page — if you added anything.
