You may need to change your subscription to be able to add a new user since our subscription charges are priced per user, you can find more information on this here: <https://squeeg.ee/faq>
1
To add more users to your subscription plan, head to 'Account', then click 'Upgrade'.\ You can then adjust the number of users up or down by using the arrows as shown. Then select 'Change Subscription'.
2
Now you can add a new user to your account. Start by clicking into 'Users'.\ Then click the pink three dots and 'Add New User'.
3
You will need to enter their name and email address at the top of the form (they will receive an email to confirm their password to complete the account setup once this has been saved).
4
You can set their availability if they can only work certain days.
5
Now you will need to set their user permissions. There is a short description of what each permission allows the user to have access to - once you have decided which ones you will allow, you can toggle these on.
6
Then click 'Save'.
7
You can now see this new user in the list of users on your account.
8
You can also replace the user by clicking the pink three dots then 'Replace User'.
9
And you can delete a user by clicking the top right three dots > 'Delete'.
