Click on the Add Content plus sign on the main content page.

Click "Content Market"

Look for the item titled "Packback Content Selection" and click the plus sign in the lower right corner.

This will place a Packback link in the course.

Adjust the visibility to "Visible to students."

Click "Packback Content Selection" to continue with Packback setup.
