Navigate to [https://matrix.swflamls.com/Matrix/Default.aspx](https://matrix.swflamls.com/Matrix/Default.aspx)?

Click "INPUT"

Click "Add new"

Click "Residential Comp Sold Input"

Enter property details (The less detail the better)

Click "Search"

Click "Fill" to find Tax info - If this is new construction it may not be available yet on our MLS

Click "Closed" to preview the required fields

Click "Submit Listing"

Fill out each tab showing errors

Click "General"

Click "Features"

Click "Financial"

Click "Compensation"

Click "Close Information"

Once done, Send the MLS ID to your broker for review and for them to close it out. Be sure to save the property as INCOMPLETE to generate an MLS number. To do so, you will need to go back to Status and highlight incomplete. Then, select the listing. You can also send the MLS ID with executed contract info to [MLS@BERealtors.org](mailto:MLS@BERealtors.org) so we can close it out, but we need proof of sale.
