How to Add a Wait Listed Night to an Existing Reservation

We will do our best to accommodate additional nights needed as quickly as possible! Please note that adding a room to the Wait List is not a guarantee of availability, and it is important to have a back up plan if the additional night(s) are unavailable.

Make a reservation with the nights available to you. Confirm your reservation.

Find the confirmation of your reservation that was emailed to you. Click the link to modify an existing reservation.

On the link that opens, Click "Manage Existing Reservation"

Enter your "Acknowledgement number" found on your confirmation email and click Next:

Enter your email address and select Manage reservation:

In your reservation details, select "Edit"

Click "Yes" to agree to modify your reservation:

Click "Edit stay dates":

Update your dates to reflect your desired length of stay:

Note that night with a red exclamation point will be placed on the Wait List and are not confirmed at this time.

Click "Apply":

Click "Ok" to agree to the Wait List terms:

Scroll to the bottom of your reservation and check to agree to all required reservation terms:

Click "Confirm reservation"

Review your revised confirmation email for updates. **Please note that your original confirmed dates remain confirmed and additional requested night(s) are now on the Wait List.** Adding a room to the Wait List is not a guarantee of availability, and it is important to have a back up plan if the additional night(s) are unavailable.
