Navigate to <https://www.concursolutions.com/home>

Click on your initials in the upper right hand corner

Click "Profile Settings"

Click "Expense Delegates"

Click "Add"

Click the "Search by employee name, email address, employee id or login id" field.

Search for the @ucsb.edu email of your delegate and click "Add"

Click the "Can Prepare" field.\ Click the "Can Submit Requests" field.

Click "Save"
