How to Add an Expense and Attachment

In this tutorial you will see how to create an expense and add an attachment.

Adding an Expense

Click into 'Expenses'.

Then click the pink three dots > 'Add An Expense'.

You can enter a 'Supplier' if this applies.\ You can also add a description and reference if wanted.

Then click into 'Category' and select which one it fits into. You can select an existing category or create a new one by typing this into the search bar and clicking the '+' icon.

Then enter the cost of the expense into the 'Amount' field.

You can set it to 'Paid' or 'Unpaid'.

If 'Paid' is selected then you may want to enter an account that is has come out of, but this is not mandatory.

Then click 'Save'.

Adding an Attachment

You can then click into this and select 'Expense Attachments' to add a receipt.

Click the pink three dots. For this example I already have an attachment saved to my Squeegee attachments which I am going to use, so I will select 'Select Existing Attachment' (you can also choose 'Upload File' if this isn't on your attachment list already).

Select your attachment and click 'Done'.

You can then view this attachment by clicking into it.
