How to Add an Impact/Add Hours on Pebble Tossers [Non-PT Opportunity Edition]

This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding your impact on Pebble Tossers, making it easy for volunteers to track their contributions.

Navigate to [https://volunteer.pebbletossers.org/group/772370-Pebble-Tossers](https://volunteer.pebbletossers.org/group/772370-Pebble-Tossers)

Click "Add Impact"

Click "None of these?"

Click on the organization drop-down.

Scroll down the drop-down list and click "Can't find the group? Create a 'Write-In' Impact"

Input the name of the organization you volunteered with.

Input the organization address or the location of the volunteer activity if different from the organization's address.

Update the day you volunteered.

Update the amount of time you volunteered.

If you earned service hours across multiple days with the same organization and/or volunteer activity, please use the timesheet option.

In the timesheet field, input the title of the volunteer activity and proceed with adding the service hours earned across the the dates you served.

Input the name of the volunteer coordinator of the organization you volunteered with.

Input the email address of the volunteer coordinator of the organization you volunteered with. NOTE: The verifier will be sent an email to confirm your volunteer activities. If they do not receive the verification, please contact us at volunteer@pebbletossers.org.

Input the phone number of the volunteer coordinator of the organization you volunteered with.

Click "Next" to continue.

Ensure "Pebble Tossers" is selected as a group to share the impact/hours with. This allows us to receive and view the impact. NOTE: All hours submitted to Pebble Tossers for verification must be shared with us here for us to review and verify.

Click "Next" to continue.

Input your email address to complete our post-project survey. NOTE: Taking our survey helps us improve our volunteer services to you. Your input is highly valuable!

Click "Next" to continue.

Write about your experience here. NOTE: If your impact is set to "PUBLIC", your reviews, reflections, and feedback will be made public for other members to view.

Click "Add File" to upload external files, photos, and documents. NOTE: Pebble Tossers requires volunteers to upload forms, documents, letters, or certificates from the organization you volunteered with for verification. Inability to upload the requested files will result in a prolonged impact verification process. NOTE: If your impact is set to "PUBLIC", your attached files will be made public for other members to view.
