How to Add and Cancel e-Referral?

The content of the article concerns regulations applicable in the Polish healthcare system. In order to issue an e-referral in the system, the following is required: - Hyggio integration with P1 - adding an e-signature to the system - the appropriate permissions

You can only issue an e-referral through an open visit

Go to the "Visits" tab in the profile of the patient for whom you want to issue an e-referral.

Find the visit and open it by clicking on its name.

Select "e-Referrals" tab.

To add new e-referral select "+" icon in the top right corner.

Select the referral type. There are four to choose from.

The organisational unit is automatically selected from the visit. You can mark the e - referral as "Pilne".

Search for "Rozpoznanie Główne" by ICD -10 code or name.

You can also add "Rozpoznanie dodatkowe".

Search the clinic

Select what the e-referral concerns, you can add comment.

Click "Continue"

Check and confirm with the patient that all details are correct, if yes select "Confirm and submit", if no select "Return to form" and make changes.

All issued e-referrals are visible in the ‘e-Referrals’ list in the left side menu. By clicking three dots next to selected e-referral will bring up the available options to choose from.

You can "Open"

"Print"

Once again verify e-referral, click "Close"

You can also "Cancel" if the e-referral was issued by you.

The system will always ask you to confirm whether you really want to cancel the e-referral.
