How to Add and Manage Issues on InEight

Click here the 3 lines.

Click "All projects & organizations".

Navigate to the desired project, which, in this instance, is 'HONEYWELLTORR Heater 6.

Under Progress, click "Daily planning".

Click on the plan's name to access the specific daily plan you're seeking. In this particular case, the daily plan is titled " Daily Plan 1".

Click "NOTES / ISSUES".

Click here. the "+" sign.

Click "Add issue".

Type the issue name and select the date.

Click "Done".

Click "Add associations".

If applicable, under the employee tab, select the name of the employee.

If applicable, under the equipment tab, select the name of the equipment.

If applicable, under the component tab, select the name of the component.

Click "Done".
If the iPad is sync, you will be able to see all the issues created on Progress in Change.
Issues should be imported through to change when the daily plan is approved.

Click the 3 lines.

Select ">" next to the project name, to open the project menu.

Select "Change".

Under the new issue tab, you can select the issue created on the daily plan.

To choose the issue status, click the arrow next to "Issue status" to reveal a dropdown menu. From there, you can select the appropriate status for the issue.

To choose the pricing status, click the arrow next to Pricing status" to reveal a dropdown menu. From there, you can select the appropriate status for the pricing.

To choose the proposal status, click the arrow next to "Proposal status" to reveal a dropdown menu. From there, you can select the appropriate status for the pricing.
