How to Adjust Browser Screen Size When Using Chartnote and Your EHR

When using Chartnote alongside your EHR, you might encounter a blue screen prompting you to use the mobile app if you reduce the size of your browser window too much. If you need to resize the browser to about a third of your screen to work efficiently, there's a simple solution to ensure all UI elements fit nicely.

Resize your browser window: - Adjust the size of your browser window to about a third of your screen by clicking and dragging the edges of the window.

A blue screen prompting you to use the mobile app will appear if you reduce the size of your browser window too much.

[[Zoom Out to Fit All UI Elements:]] - In your browser, press `Ctrl` (or `Cmd` on Mac) and the `-` (minus) key simultaneously to zoom out - Continue zooming out until all UI elements fit properly and the blue screen prompting you to use the mobile app disappears. - Adjust the zoom level as necessary for optimal readability and functionality.
