How to Adjust the Timezone for Hotels in the US and Canada?

Introducing the timezone feature; It is available for accounts in the USA or Canada. This enhancement takes into consideration the different time zones within these countries. This ensures that documents are sent out according to the hotel's local time zone.

Go to the **Settings** Module in your RoomRaccoon account.

In the drop-down menu to select Canada or USA as country.

Save the changes.

Please note that the "Timezone" dropdown will only appear and be usable after selecting USA or Canada as the account's country and saving the selection.

After the changes are saved, the **Timezone** dropdown will appear; choose your timezone.

Don't forget to save again.
