Navigate to [https://hub.moveunitedsport.org/](https://hub.moveunitedsport.org/memberships/154/login) and log in with your credentials.

Click the three lines in the right top hand corner.

Click "\[Your Name\]"

Click "My Account"

Click "More Details"

Click "Agree to the Code of Conduct"

Click "Agree to the Code"

The "Member Code of Conduct Agreement" will show. Please read it thoroughly.

Click "Agree to the Code." Any prior submissions will be shown under Submission Date and if you agreed or not. The Code of Conduct needs to be agreed to every year.

Click the "By checking this box, you are agreeing to the Code of Conduct." field.

Click "Save"

An "Added Submission" pop up will show once you've successfully agreed to the Code of Conduct.
