How to Answer a Sponsor in a Nonconformity (Root Cause Analysis)

Click "Nonconformities"

Click on the nonconformity you want to answer.

The status is now "Under review" meaning a sponsor is reviewing your initial feedback. You can see two comments by the sponsors. Click "Reply" to answer. You need to answer to all comments before the deadline fixed by the sponsor(s). A public comment can be seen by all sponsors involved in a ticket whereas a private comment can only be seen by one sponsor.

Depending on the nonconformity type, the sponsor may ask you to resubmit results (typo or calculation error for example). Please click "Submit results" to reopen your results form.

In this kit, the evaluation is based on "Kq - K1c value". Please type your new values in the dedicated fields.

Check the toggle "You are about to submit your test results" and click "Submit". The comparison report will be edited automatically a few minutes after the submission.

The sponsor can also ask you to test new samples to check the validity of your root cause analysis. If this is the case you will see the "Retest" box. Please order a new kit with the same test method. If available, we advise you to order a kit from the Comparison Scheme. When you receive the kit, click "Link Order item". It will allow sponsors to keep the traceability of your new kit.

Select the correct kit and click 'Link item" to create the link. You can then test the samples and submit your results as usual.

Please wait for the sponsors evaluation. You will receive an e-mail indicating if your root cause analysis has been accepted or rejected.
