How to Apply a Rent Discount every month Automatically from Tenant Details Page?(From Tenant Management)

Log into the Admin Portal

Go to "Tenant Management" dropdown on the left navigation

Click on "Tenant " under the "Tenant Management" dropdown

Choose the Tenant & click on the "Arrow" sign under "Action" menu

If the tenant does not have any discount , it will show the way it is shown in the snippet

Click on "No rent discount is available for this tenant." to apply discount of any sort

Click the "Discount Amount" field to write the amount

Click on the "No rent discount" dropdown to choose the type of discount

Choose any one of the discount if applicable if not you can leave it as it is or select \ "No rent discount"

Write any notes or details regarding the discount in the "Rent discount details/note" field.

Click on "Submit" to finish up

The discount status will be shown in the tenant profile the way it is marked in the picture
