How to Apply and Pay Processing Fees for a Group Work Permit on TTBizLink

This guide explains how to apply for a Group Work Permit on TTBizLink from the Work Permit Secretariat of the Ministry of Homeland Security.

From your Dashboard, click "APPLY" from the left menu options.

Next, click "E-services" to view all Licences and Certificates.

Click page "2" to reveal more e-services.

Click on "Group Work Permit".

Review the information about the service. Next, click "Apply".

Creating the Application

Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, and therefore must be filled.

A new application form is displayed comprising eight sections. These are: Applicant Details, Company Details, Employee Details, Additional Supporting Documentation, Accompanying Details, Contact Details, Notification Details and Summary. The information in Applicants Details is pre-populated based on your Organization. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Enter all relevant and mandatory information in Company Details

Complete the Company Details. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Employee Details. Click "Add" to add new Employee Details into the table.

Fill in all relevant and mandatory employee details including supporting documents and a photograph and click "Save".

Click the edit button in the action column to edit details of the employee if required. Check the box and click "Delete" to remove an employee.

You must enter at least 10 employees for a group application.

After all employee details have been added click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Attach documents to your application in Supporting Documents, if needed (this section is optional). Enter a Document Name under the column "Description. Click "Drop files here or click to upload" to locate and upload files.

Once uploaded, click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Accompanying Persons, if applicable. Click "Add" to add new Accompanying Persons Details into the table.

Fill in all relevant and mandatory information for the accompanying person of the employee in question. After all accompanying person details have been added, click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

The information in Contact Details is pre-populated based on your logged-in User. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Notification Details. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

To enter a phone number to receive notifications via text messages, select the check box in the Notification Details section.

If the Notification Details are the same as the Contact Details, click the check box for "Same as Contact Details"

The Summary section provides an overview of all the details entered in the previous sections. If there are changes, click on the relevant section and make updates as required. Once all details are correct, proceed to click "Complete Response" at the bottom.

Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.

Once "Complete Response" is selected, two (2) additional sections called "Supporting Signed Documents" and "Terms and Conditions" will become available.

The application has been completed and is now Pending Submission. There are two additional sections, which can only be completed by the User with the Submit Permission.

In "Supporting Signed Documents" select the "CLICK HERE to download the Application" hyperlink to access the full application form. This is required to be signed in order to complete the submission. Proceed to print the completed application to be signed by employer.

Once signed, proceed to the upload the application form in the attachment slot.\ \ Once uploaded , click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Submitting the Application

Submitting the application can only be done by the User with the Submit Permission

Click on Terms and Conditions. Carefully read the Terms & Conditions. Once in agreement, click the check boxes for each of the statements. Click "Save & Submit".\ \ It is only at this point, would the completed application be submitted for review by Ministry of National Security.

The application is now Pending Payment. At this stage, two (2) additional sections "Payment History" and "Payment Details" will become available. Click the "Payment Details" section to complete payment of processing fees. This can only be completed by the User with the Pay Permission.

Paying the Processing Fee

This agency requires payment of the Processing Fee for the application to be submitted. This must be done by completing the Payment Details section.

Once in the section, click the drop down arrow next to payment mode and select the desired payment mode (Drawdown, Offline or Online).

Enter payment details as required by the payment mode selected and click "Save and Submit" button.

After payment is made the Processing Status is changed to "Submitted" and the Payment Status is changes to state payment was made. This status of payment made may differ depending on the payment mode which was used prior. Note: Offline payment require confirmation from the Cashier before confirmed payment status is displayed.

Click "Exit" to return to your dashboard.
