How to Apply and Pay Processing Fees for a Work Permit on TTBizLink

This guide explains how to apply for a Work Permit on TTBizLink from the Work Permit Secretariat of the Ministry of Homeland Security.

From your Dashboard, click "APPLY" from the left menu options.

Next, click "E-services" to view all e-services.

Click on "Work Permit"

Review the information about the service. Next, click "Apply".

Creating the Application

Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and therefore must be filled.

Click on "Applicants Details".

Review the Applicant Details. The information in Applicant Details is pre-populated based on your Organisation. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Complete all relevant and mandatory fields in the Employee Personal Details. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Upload a photograph of the employee into the Supporting Documents section. Click on choose file to import the photograph.

Once the photograph of the employee is imported, use the cropping tools to position and crop the image accordingly to the required pixels and size. Click on the "Save" button to save the cropped photograph.

A pop up confirmation message will be displayed upon successfully cropping the photograph. Click on the "x" to continue.

Upload all relevant mandatory documents within the Supporting Documents section.

Once all documents have been uploaded, click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Attach additional documents to your application in Additional Supporting Documents, if required (this section is optional). Enter a Document Name under the column "Description" and then add the documents.

Once you have finished uploading your document (s), click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employee Family Details. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add an employee in the Employee Address section.

Enter all relevant and mandatory information for the Employee Address and click "Save" once complete. Both Local and Permanent Address types can be added in this section.

Once saved, the address will be added to the table below.

Click "Save" once both addresses have been added.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Particular of Accompanying Persons section, if applicable.

Complete the Particulars of Accompanying Persons details. Click "Save" to add this person to the section.

Once the person has been added, click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employee Professional Details. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record (if applicable) for the Previous Offences/Convictions section.

Complete the Previous Offence/Convictions details. Click "Save" to add the record.

Once the record has been added, click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Employment Details (Past 5 years) section.

Complete the Employment Details (Past 5 years) details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Educational Details section.

Complete the Educational Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Last (10) Years Preceding the Application Giving Dates of such Residence in each Country section.

Complete the Last (10) Years Preceding the Application Giving Dates of such Residence in each Country details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employer Details. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employer Details Description. Click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Attach all relevant and mandatory documents in the Supporting Documents Section. Click on "Save" to navigate to next section.

The information in Contact Details is pre-populated based on your logged-in User. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Notification Details. Click "Save".

To enter a phone number to receive notifications via text messages, select the check box in the Notification Details section.

If the Notification Details are the same as the Contact Details, click the check box for "Same as Contact Details"

The Summary section provides an overview of all the details entered in the previous sections. If there are changes, click on the relevant section and make updates as required. Once all details are correct, proceed to click "Complete Response" at the bottom.

Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.

The application has been completed and is now Pending Submission. There is one additional section, which can only be completed by the User with the Submit Permission.

Once "Complete Response" is selected, two (2) additional sections called "Supporting Signed Documents" and "Terms and Conditions" will become available.

In "Supporting Signed Documents" select the "CLICK HERE to download the Application" hyperlink to access the full application form. This is required to be signed in order to complete the submission. Proceed to print the completed application to be signed by employer.

Once application has been signed by the employer, return to the application, navigate to the "Supporting Signed Documents" section and click on the attachment slot to upload the signed application. Once uploaded , click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

Submitting the Application

Click on Terms and Conditions. Carefully read the Terms & Conditions. Once in agreement, click the check boxes for each of the statements. Click "Save & Submit".\ \ It is only at this point, would the completed application be submitted for review by Ministry of Homeland Security.

The application is now Pending Payment. At this stage, two (2) additional sections "Payment History" and "Payment Details" will become available. Click the "Payment Details" section to complete payment of processing fees. This can only be completed by the User with the Pay Permission.

Making the Payment

This agency requires payment of the Processing Fee for the application to be submitted. This must be done by completing the Payment Details section.

Once in the section, click the drop down arrow next to payment mode and select the desired payment mode (Drawdown, Offline or Online). Enter the relevant payment details as required and click "Save & Submit"

Please note that the Offline Payment Mode requires applicants to upload the Acknowledgement and Payment Receipt (As one document) to the application, on the system, AFTER payment is made to the Cashier at the Work Permit Secretariat, Ministry of Homeland Security.

After payment is made the Processing Status is changed to "Submitted" and the Payment Status is changes to state payment was made. This status of payment made may differ depending on the payment mode which was used prior. Note: Offline payment requires confirmation from the Cashier before confirmed payment status is displayed.

Click "Exit" to return to your dashboard.
