How to Apply for Graduation in New mySAU

Navigate to [my.saumag.edu](https://my.saumag.edu).

Click "Login".

Click "Student".

Click "FORMS".

Click "Application for Graduation Form".

Select the term and year when you are planning to graduate.

Enter your name the way you would like it printed on your diploma. If you enter a different last name than what is currently on your student account, the Registrar's Office will reach out to you for documentation of your name change (updated Social Security card, marriage license, divorce decree, etc.).

Enter the mailing address where your diploma should be sent. Please remember to include an apartment number if you have one to prevent delays in delivery.

Enter the mobile phone number and personal email address where you would like to be notified when your digital diploma is ready to download.

Indicate whether you are planning to participate in the graduation ceremony.

Enter your height and weight. This information is only used to order the correct size cap and gown.

Your current degree information will automatically populate in this section. Please confirm everything is correct, or make any changes if needed. Only the first degree and first major are required to complete the form.

Check the box to confirm you're not a robot, then click "Submit" to finalize your application.

Once your application is submitted, you should see the below confirmation screen. You will also receive a copy of your application at the email address you provided on the form, and copies will be sent to your faculty advisor and the Registrar's Office.
