How to Apply for Group Work Permits Extensions on TTBizLink

This guide explains how to apply and pay for Group Work Permits Extensions on TTBizLink from the Work Permit Secretariat of the Ministry of Homeland Security.

From your Dashboard, click "APPLY" from the left menu options.

Next, click "E-services" to view all Licences and Certificates.

Click page "2" to reveal more e-services.

Click "Extension of Group Work Permits"

Review the information about the service. Next, click "Apply".

Creating the Application

Enter the reference number of the approved group work permit application and click "Search".

Click on the application reference number.

A new application form is displayed comprising eight sections. These are: Applicant Details, Company Details, Employee Details, Additional Supporting Documentation, Accompanying Details, Contact Details, Notification Details and Summary. The information is pre-populated from the approved group work permit. Review the Applicant Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click "Summary"

After all updates are made, click "Summary". The Summary section provides an overview of all the details entered in the previous sections. If there are changes, click on the relevant section and make updates as required.

Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.

If there are no further updates, click "Complete Application".

The application has been completed and is now Pending Submission. There are two additional sections, which can only be completed by the User with the Submit Permission.

Submitting the Application

Submitting the application can only be done by the User with the Submit Permission

A new section is displayed called "Supporting Signed Documents". Click the link to download the application.

Attached your signature to the application and prepare it for uploading unto the application.

Click "Remove file" to remove the signed application associated with the older group work permit application.

Click "Ok".

Once removed, click the button to upload the new application.

Click "Save".

Click "Terms and Conditions".

Click on Terms and Conditions. Carefully read the Terms & Conditions. Once in agreement, click the check boxes for each of the statements. Click "Save & Submit".

The application is now Pending Payment. There is one additional section which can only be completed by the User with the Pay Permission.

Paying the Process Fee

This agency requires payment of the Processing Fee for the application to be submitted. This must be done by completing the Payment Details section.

After payment is made the Processing Status is changed to "Submitted" and the Payment Status is changed to "Paid".

Click "Exit" to return to your dashboard.
