How to Apply for a Individual Work Permit Extension (Without Original) on TTBizLink

If the previous (original) Work Permit application was not submitted on the TTBizLink online platform, this guide explains how to apply for an Extension of a Work Permit,from the Work Permit Secretariat of the Ministry of Homeland Security.

From your Dashboard, click "APPLY" from the left menu options.

Next, click "E-services" to view all e-services.

Click on "Extension of Work Permit - Without Original"

Review the information about the service. Next, click "Apply".

Creating the Application

Note: Fields with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and therefore must be filled.

Click on "Submitter Details".

Review the Submitter Details. The information in Submitter Details is pre-populated based on your Organisation. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employee Personal Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Upload a photograph of the employee into the Supporting Documents section. Click on choose file to import the photograph.

Once the photograph of the employee is imported, use the cropping tools to position and crop the image accordingly to the required pixels and size. Click on the "Save" button to save the cropped photograph.

A pop up confirmation message will be displayed upon successfully cropping the photograph. Click on the "x" to return to editable mode.

Attach documents the mandatory documents required.

Once uploaded, click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Attach additional documents to your application in Additional Supporting Documents. Enter a Document Name under the column "Description" and then add the documents.

Once uploaded, click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employee Family Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Employee Address section.

Complete the Employee Address details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Particular of Accompanying Persons section.

Complete the Particulars of Accompanying Persons details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employee Professional Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record (if applicable) for the Previous Offences/Convictions section.

Complete the Previous Offence/Convictions details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Employment Details (Past 5 years) section.

Complete the Employment Details (Past 5 years) details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Educational Details section.

Complete the Educational Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Last (10) Years Preceding the Application Giving Dates of such Residence in each Country section.

Complete the Last (10) Years Preceding the Application Giving Dates of such Residence in each Country details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employer Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Complete the Employer Details Description. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Attach documents the mandatory documents required. Click on "Save" to navigate to next section.

Attach any additional documents. Click on "Save" to navigate to next section.

The information in Contact Details is pre-populated based on your logged-in User. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Notification Details. Click "Save".

To enter a phone number to receive notifications via text messages, select the check box in the Notification Details section.

If the Notification Details are the same as the Contact Details, click the check box for "Same as Contact Details"

Review the Summary of the application. If there are no further updates, click "Complete Application".

The application has been completed and is now Pending Submission. There is one additional section, which can only be completed by the User with the Submit Permission.

Submitting the Application

A new section is displayed " Supporting Signed Documents". Click on the hyperlink "CLICK HERE to download the Application" that must be signed by both Employer and Employee.

Attach the signed application in the Supporting Signed Documents. Click "Drop files here or click to upload" to locate and upload files. Once uploaded, click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.

Click on Terms and Conditions. Carefully read the Terms & Conditions. Once in agreement, click the check boxes for each of the statements. Click "Complete & Submit".

The application is now Pending Payment. There is one additional section which can only be completed by the User with the Payment Permission.

Making the Payment

This agency requires payment of the Processing Fee for the application to be submitted. This must be done by completing the Payment Details section.
