Upon login, from your Dashboard, click "APPLY" from the left menu options.

Click "Fisheries Division" from the "Agency" menu option.

Click "Trade Export Licence: Recommendation for Export of Fish - Live, Fresh, Frozen and Ornamental"

Read the information about the e-Service. Next, click "Apply".

Creating an Application

Note: Fields with an asterisk (\*) are mandatory, and therefore must be filled.

A new application is displayed with seven sections.

Enter the information in Submitter Details. Click the look up icon to view and select the VAT No.

To narrow your search, enter the VAT/N Number or the Company/ Individual Name and click "Lookup".

Select the VAT No. from the list.

Review and complete the Submitter Details then click "Save" and navigate to the next section.

In the Application Details select "Yes" to indicate the application requires a recommendation from the Fisheries Division.

A new section is displayed called Fisheries Supporting Documents.

Complete the remaining details then click Save.

Navigate to and click on the "Add" button to add a record for the Item Details section.

Next use the look up code to select the HS Code.

Enter search details then click "Search" to view the list of HS Codes.

Select the HS Code to be added.

Complete the Item Details. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

If an item requires editing, click the edit icon under the Action column in Item Details.

Attach documents to your application in Fisheries Supporting Document. Attach documents to the Fisheries Supporting Document. Attachments with the red asterisks (\*) are mandatory and must be filled

To attach a document, click "Drop files here or click to upload" to locate and upload files.

Once uploaded, click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Attach documents to your application in Supporting Document, if necessary.\ \ In this section, you must input the description/ name of the file first, in order to enable the attachment slot to the right of the field.

Click "Drop files here or click to upload" to locate and upload files.

Once uploaded, click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

The information in Contact Details is pre-populated based on your logged-in User. Click "Save" or navigate to the next section.

Enter the information in Notification Details and click Save.

If the E-mail Address for Notification Details is the same as the E-mail Address listed in Contact Details, click the check box for "Same as Contact Details".

The Summary section provides an overview of all the details entered in the previous sections. If there are changes, click on the relevant section and make updates as required.

Remember to click "Save" after making any changes.

If there are no further updates, click "Complete Application".

The application has been completed and is now Pending Submission. There is one additional section, which can only be completed by the User with the Submit Permission.

Submitting the Application

Submitting the application can only be done by the User with the Submit Permission.

Click "Terms & Conditions".

Carefully read the Terms & Conditions. Once in agreement, click the check boxes for each of the statements.

Click "Complete & Submit".

The application has now been submitted for processing.

Click Application History to view actions and decision performed on the application.\ \ The "External Decision Remarks" column of this section details comments by the approver and the system on the stage on processing.

Click "Exit" to exit the application and return to the dashboard.
