Navigate to [https://www.corvettesnccc.org/NCCCCompetitionDatabase/2025/Programs/AddEvent.php5](https://www.corvettesnccc.org/NCCCCompetitionDatabase/2025/Programs/AddEvent.php5)

Enter your NCCC Number

Enter Your RCD or Governor Password (Not the Chair Password if the same person)

Click "Log in"

Click "List My Events"

Find the Sanction Number you want to approve

Click "Update Event"

Select the "Approved" option.

Click "Update Event"

You will see a similar splash screen

Confirm Event Status is "Sent to RCD" or for RCD, "Waiting for Flyer".

Dialog to upload the flyer is now available.
