**How to Choose an Organizational Unit When Booking a Visit** When booking a visit in Hyggio, you can now easily select which part of your site—known as an organizational unit—the appointment should be connected to. This comes in handy if your clinic has different departments or offices, so you can always make sure each visit is linked to the right place. **Where will you see this?**\ During the booking process in the timetable (“Book visit”), you’ll notice a new field called **Organizational Unit**. It’s a dropdown menu where you can pick the unit that fits the visit. **Important!**\ This option will only appear if organizational units have already been set up in your system. If your administrator hasn’t added any yet, you simply won’t see this field when you’re booking a visit.
