Access Flows in Setup

Click here.

Type and select "Flows" in the "Quick Find" field.

Select "All Flows" from the list view.
Duplicate and Edit the "Create Cadence for Direct Mail" Flow

Click "Create Cadences For Direct Mail - Template"

Click "Save As"

Click the "*Flow Label" field.

Rename the label so it's easy to identify.

Click "Edit"

Select "All Conditions Are Met (AND)" or the appropriate selection for your goals.

In this example, we're going to set the criteria to "Status equals New."

Click the "Value" field.

Click "New"

Click "Done"

Add the Folder value **(found in the Direct Mail Sequences object)** and Name of Cadence. Then click "Done."

Click "Save"

Click "Debug" and select a lead to use for debugging.

If there are no bugs, click "Activate"
