How to Block Out Unavailable Dates in Planning Center Online

Navigate to [https://services.planningcenteronline.com/dashboard/0](https://services.planningcenteronline.com/dashboard/0)

Click "My Schedule"

Click "Block Out Dates"

Find the dates you want to block out

Click on the first date you want to block out. If you want to select a range of dates, you can click and drag.

You can also select multiple individual dates

Click "10"

Enter in a reason for the blockout (optional - although it helps us keep up with what's going on for you) Click on Save Blockout

Your blockouts are saved and a notification of the dates is sent to inform the Administrator You can browse through the calendar and easily view your blockout dates (You might notice Joe Bananabread's service on April 6 is now missing. If you block out a date you are already scheduled on for, the system will automatically decline you from that service.)
