Change existing reservation to Back-to-Back

This guide shows how to convert an existing booking into a back-to-back reservation by selecting an adjacent sailing leg and adding it to the current itinerary. It walks you step-by-step through searching the booking, entering edit mode, choosing the previous or next sailing, selecting the new leg, saving the change, and confirming the update. Follow it to quickly create contiguous voyage segments without rebooking.

Enter the reservation number in Res # and click [[Search]]

Click [[Tools]] to access available reservation actions.

Click [[Edit ]]to enter edit mode on the selected reservation.

### Navigate to Sailing Leg Options 1. The reservation will automatically open to the **Summary** tab. 2. Locate the line displaying the current sailing leg and click the **ellipses (...)**

Click [[Back to Back]]

### Select Sailing Leg Choose either the **before** or **after** sailing leg relative to the currently selected voyage.

### Select Next Sailing Click anywhere on the row or space of the next available sailing. It will turn **blue** when successfully selected.\ Click [[Continue]]

### Save Your Changes 1. Verify that **2 sailing segments** now appear in the Voyages section of the **Summary** tab. 2. Click **[[Store]]** to save your changes.

Click [[Continue]]

### Confirm Changes A Seaware prompt will appear warning you of unsaved changes. Click Yes to save and continue.

### Reservation Stored Successfully! Select your next step: - **Continue working** with this reservation. - **View or send** invoices. - Click **No** to close the reservation.
