How to Book the Fuqua Student Fox Entry Tables

This guide provides a straightforward process for Fuqua students to efficiently book reservable spaces at The Fuqua School of Business. By following this guide, students can secure their desired spaces quickly and avoid scheduling conflicts, making it an essential resource for effective event planning.

Navigate to [https://rooms.duke.edu](https://duke.emscloudservice.com/web/Default.aspx).

Click "**Log In with NetID**" button and enter you NetID + Password

To start a space reservation, click "**Create A Reservation**".

**Fuqua student have 3 template options:** 1. **"Fuqua Conference Rooms"**: Includes reservable conference rooms; These spaces are **AUTO-APPROVED**. 2. **"Fuqua Student Space Request"**: Includes classrooms and flat event spaces; These spaces **REQUIRE APPROVAL** from the events office - You will receive an email once space request has been reviewed. 3. **"Fuqua Student Fox Entry Table Request"**: Includes the two tabling tables in Fox. Table #1 includes the use of the large monitor & Table #2 is just reserving the table. These tables are **AUTO-APPROVED**. Click the "**Book Now**" button on the template you wish to create a reservation in.

Start by selecting the **DATE** for your reservation.

A pop-up calendar will appear. Select the date you wish to reserve space.

Click "Edit booking start time" to select your time.

A pop-up with the time will appear, make you selection and click the x to select your start time preference.

Click "Edit booking end time" to select your end time.

Adjust the timing pop-up based on your needs.

Click "Search" to begin your space search request.

The **RED LINES** indicate your start and end times selected. If there are no overlapping event noted, the space is available.

To add a space to your reservation, click the **GREEN plus sign** by the space you wish to reserve.

Click the "Number of Attendees" field. Quick tip: For tabling tables, just enter 1.

Click "Add Room". This space will now be added to your **BOOKING CART** - Note: You must "check out" to finalize your reservation.

Click "**Create Reservation**" to continue "checking out".

Enter "**Event Name**" in the appropriate field.

Select the "**Event Type**" from the available options.

Fill in any details that do not auto-populate (e.g., the best phone number to reach you).

Answer all questions in the "**Additional Information**" area based on your needs.

Click "Create Reservation" - Your space reservation has been submitted!

A notification window will pop-up with further details. Click "OK" to accept.

Upon submitting your space request (and upon its approval), others will see your space reservation and will not be able to create an overlapping booking.
