How to Bypass Required Summary Field

And update to the text editor application in RCCL v.4.0 breaks a longstanding workaround of using the spacebar for bypassing a required Summary field. A new workaround using the bookmark feature must now be used with RCCL v4.0

Older versions of RCCL allowed content editors to use the spacebar key to bypass the required summaries field

The previous workaround is no longer functional

RCCL v4.0 is not compatible with this "hack" to bypass this required field.\ \ Saving a page with only spaces in the summary will create an error.

NEW WAY TO BYPASS

Click the [["bookmark"]] icon in the Summary text editor

Type any characters into the bookmark field. This can be a single number 1 or anything else, *except for an space*. Click [[Insert ]]when finished.

The page will save normally after completing this step.
