If you have an account, log in and skip to step 8.

Click "Login"

Click "Apply for/Renew a License".

Agree to the disclaimer and click "Continue Application".

Claim a Short-term Rental License

Select "Claim a Short-term Rental License", then click "Continue Application »"

Click "Continue Application"

In the "License Number" field, enter your license number exactly how it appears on the record. (STRR-L######)

The "Billing Contact" information should auto-populate with your information. If not, click "Add Contact Address" to add yourself.

Click "Continue Application »"

Review your information and if correct, click "Continue Application »".

After completing the claim application, click "Search & Renew Licenses" to find your new license.

Renew a Short-term Rental License

Find the license in your list with the "Record Number" column.

Click "Renew License"

Read the instructions then click "Continue Application".

Confirm that the address, parcel, and owner information is correct. If it is not, clear the address field, enter the street number ONLY, then search for your address.

Click "Add an Apt." if you need to specify apartment or suite numbers.

Add the number, click "Submit".

Click "Continue Application »"

Confirm contact information is correct. **Responsible Party & Property Owner or Record** are mandatory. The Responsible Party will recieve future mailed invoices.

Click "Continue Application »"

Complete or confirm the required application information, click "Continue".

Review the required attachments needed again and prepare to upload them.

To upload, click "Add"

Click "Add" again, then select your files from your computer.

Click "Continue" once you have uploaded your documents.

For each document, specify the type and give the record a short description.

**When you are done, you must click "Save" for the documents to be fully uploaded.**
