How to Complete an Award Packet

Navigate to <https://grantsportal.cjcc.ga.gov/> and enter your "**Username**" and "**Password**" and press "**Log In**".

On the Dashboard, or home screen, navigate to your "**My Tasks**" panel.

Under the "My Tasks" panel, select the "**Name**" of the template you want to submit the award documents for.

In the left menu, scroll down to the "**Award Letter**" section.
Award Letter

Click "**Award Letter**" in the left menu.

Review the information on the "Award Letter" page to ensure that the subgrant award information is accurate.

Select the frequency at which you would like to submit requests for payment.

Click "**HERE**" to download a copy of your award letter.

After you have reviewed, signed, and dated the award letter, click "**Select**" to upload.

At the top right of the screen click "**Save**".
Required Award Documents
**Tip!** Not all attachments will be applicable for all applicant organizations. If an attachment is not required to be completed by the Subgrantee, the N/A checkbox for that attachment will be checked.

Click "**Required Documents**" in the left menu.

Upload documents in all the uploads fields that have an unchecked box. **Note**, the checked boxes are not required.

Once you've uploaded all the required documents, click "**Save**" located at the top right of the screen; or click "**Next Page**" at the bottom right of the screen.
Special Conditions

Click "**Special Conditions**" in the left menu.

Review the special conditions on the page.

After reviewing the special conditions, click "**HERE**" to download a copy the special conditions to initial, sign, and date.

Click "**Select**" to upload the signed and dated special conditions.

Click "**Save**" at the top right of the screen.
Miscellaneous Attachments
**Tip!** If you're required, or need, to upload additional attachments you may do so on the Miscellaneous Attachments page.

In the left menu, click "**Miscellaneous Attachments**".

Enter a brief description of the file you're going to attach/upload.

Click the "**Browse**" button.

Click "**Save**"

To add more attachments, click the "**+**" symbol and repeat Steps 21-23.
Submit Award Packet

In the left menu, scroll down to the "Status Options" section.

Click "**Award Packet Signatures Submitted**".

A dialog box will appear. Click "**OK**".

If submitted successfully, the "**Document Status**" should read "**Award Packet Signatures Submitted**".
