Click on the nonconformity you want to complete.

Click "Submit feedback"

Fill in the different fields and/or upload your own form. This step has to be done within 30 days of the report publication.

Click "Submit" to validate your feedback. You can also click "Save as draft" and come back later.

The status of your nonconformity is now "Submitted". The sponsor(s) will review it and contact you through the website if necessary.
