Navigate to the USGA Admin Portal login page: [https://adminportal.usga.org](https://adminportal.usga.org/auth/login)

Enter your Login information

Club and Authorization Access

Once logged in Click the "Club Authorization" tab

Annual Assessment Completion

Click on the "Complete Assessment" button on Annual Assessment card.

Verify your contact information and then Click "Save"

Click "Submit" to finalize and complete the assessment.
