Log into the Admit Portal

Click on "Property Management" dropdown

Click on "Properties"

Click on the dropdown of the chosen property

Click on "Edit" option

Under 'General Info' ,provide the CAM calculation details . Start by filling the field beside "Area For CAM Calculation sqft"

Click on the dropdown beside 'Calculation Method' field. On what method do you want the calculation to be based on)

Click the "Amount" field to set if it is a manual of fixed charge

Fill the fields under "Commercial Rental Tax" on what sort of tax applies to choose from

Click on "Save General Info"
