How to Create An Account & Request Parking Permit Access - Other Affiliates

Only set up a new account using the Parking Permit Management System if you have never purchased parking from Stanford Transportation. Other Affiliates include temporary employees, vendors, vendors' employees, and contractors who are not formally sponsored by Stanford University. Log in using your personal email address.

Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s temporary and contracted employees, including travel nurses, do not need to create an account in this system. They are eligible for the new Hoover Staff parking permits and should reach out to Stanford Medicine Transportation Services at 650-736-8000 or email [transportationservices@stanfordhealthcare.org](mailto:transportationservices@stanfordhealthcare.org).

Navigate to [permitparking.stanford.edu](https://stanford.aimsparking.com/login/index.php)

Under the "Choose your affiliation:" heading select 'Other Affiliate' and click 'Register'.\ \ Note: Choose this option if you are a non-sponsored temporary employee, vendor, vendor employee, or contractor. You will need to register using a personal email address. *Note: Select 'forgot password?' if you purchased a parking permit from Stanford Transportation prior to 6/19/24 in the Online Ordering Portal.*

Create a new account by entering your personal email address, then a password, then click 'Create a new account'.

Continue by entering your information in the "Collect Contact Information" form.

Click "Confirm" to create your account. Your account will be created.

Complete the [Request Access to Purchase Permits Form](https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/ac95947a580c4c8694e9324ce9c83419). Note: Your email address on the form needs to **exactly** match the email used in the previous steps when setting up the account.

Check the "I agree to all the above Terms & Conditions and certify all the information that I entered in this form is true.\*" field and Click 'Submit'.
