How to Create Guarantor for a Prospect in the Portal?

Log into the Admin Portal

Click on **"Prospective Tenants**" under "Sales & Marketing" on the left navigation

It will redirect to the "**Prospect / List**" page

Search a tenant and click on the "**New Prospect**" under Status column

Scroll on the left side under User Profile Basic Information to get to "**Guarantor Info"**

Click on the **"+" icon** beside "Guarantor Info"

Fill in the empty fields with accurate information provided by the prospect

Click on **"Submit"**

As you can see, the guarantor has been **created and saved** for the **prospect**
