Click "Create Flowbuilder"

Click "Start from scratch"

Input the keyword.

Click on Add to add the keyword.

Select on the channel(s).

Click "Add a new flowbuilder step"

Click "Messenger / IG Gallery (Images Only)"

Click "Add New Carousel"

Select the Image for the Gallery.

Input the Gallery Title

(Optional) Click "Add New Carousel"

Select the Image for the Gallery and input the title.

Click here then drag out to create a new step.

Click "Messenger / IG Quick Reply"

Input the quick reply text.

(Optional) Remove the no reply condition. The Wait For Reply session cannot be removed. Wait For Reply: How long it will wait for your contact's reply\ No Reply Condition: If contact didn't reply for the stated duration then perform the next step.
