How to Create Text Campaigns

From your workspace, navigate to "Text Campaigns"

Name your Campaign

Select your targeted employee groups using the values on the drop-down. )Note: these are pulled and mapped from your HRIS)

Select multiple groups if applicable

For additional filters, click "Add additional condition"

Select a secondary filter you'd like to target (ie. Location)

Select multiple groups if applicable

Draft your text in the "Message" box

To personalize to the recipient's first name, utilize our "Dynamic Variable"

Utilize the "First name" dynamic variable

You can also utilize pre-loaded templates to draft your campaign!

Choose between templated you've specifically previously created under "Yours"

Rr use any one of the pre-populated "Eqo-Crafted" templates.

The template will pre-populate in the body of the text. The character count will be listed. We do not limit character limits but will show you counts over 240 characters.

Double check the preview and click the "I confirm that I have double checked my message for any errors" field.

You can click "Send Now" to immediately send the campaign OR you can choose to "Schedule" for a future date

To schedule for a future date, click "Pick date and time"

Choose your date and time you'd like to send out the campaign

Click "Schedule"
