How to Create a BILLIONS Sandbox
How to create a customer sandbox via the Environment Hub.

Log into your live BILLIONS environment.

Click the "Quick Find" field.

Type "sand"

Click "Sandboxes"

If there are no Sandbox Templates, create a template first. If one exists, you can skip creating a template. Click "Sandbox Templates"

Click this button.

Click the "Selected" field to select all objects.

Click this button.

Name the template. Click Save.

Click "Sandboxes"

Click this button.

Click the "Name" field and name the sandbox.

Locate the Partial Copy type and click next. Note that each customer only gets 1 partial sandbox. If one is taken, you can only create a developer sandbox that has no data.

Select the Sandbox Template. Give the system a second to load all of the objects.

Click this Create.
